How Jackpot Party Casino App Ranks in My Detailed Review

**This post may contain affiliate and ad links for which I earn commissions.**

This detailed review of the Jackpot Party Casino app contains my rating based on a scoring model I’ve developed for use in comparing similar games.

After coming up with a number of factors and scores I’m putting my favorite app through first as a test.

That’s probably a little unfair to them as this may need to be adjusted over time but I’ll update the data here if that happens.

The model gives extra weight for providing a strong new-player bonus, daily bonus, the number of available slots, and ease of use.

New Player Bonus

New players are given 6,000,000 in free coins plus may immediately see a daily spin bonus, a fully loaded timed bonus, and an inbox message with additional free coins.

When I tested loading a new account on my desktop those items combined to provide just over 8,000,000 coins.

As the minimum bet on the first available slot is 48,000, that allowed for approximately 166 spins. While I could have bet more and had fewer spins I chose to do the minimum to make the coins last.

Games have only a few minutes to make a good impression and since social casinos make money only by keeping you coming back they should be generous at the start.

As long as you don’t bet too high you should have enough bonus coins to let you unlock several levels and get a good feel for how the app behaves.

Game Selection

The write-up on Google Play may need some updating (or I’m missing something) because it says Jackpot Party Casino has over 200 slots.

I counted 174 available games on my Android download 30 of which are in the high-limit area.

That’s still a significant number of options. I’ve played others that had more and liked fewer of them while I find that I have a lot of favorites on this app.

There’s a good mix of styles. While most are like the newer video style slots you see in today’s casinos there are some old reel styles like Black & White Double Jackpot and Blazing 777.

I love slots that have free spin bonuses and there are plenty of them here.

The home screen usually shows 3-4 “featured games” that are available to everyone despite their level and then (at the moment) another 140 games that you need to unlock.

The featured games are usually only found in the high limit area but Jackpot Party Casino rotates those games into the featured section with a lower minimum bet so everyone can try them out. This set of games rotates every few days.

The minimum bet on the regular slots is anywhere from 48,000 to 60,000 coins.

The high-limit area hosts another 30 games and the minimum bet can be 5,000,000. That’s where you’ll find options like Lock-it-Link Diamonds and Heidi’s Bier Haus.

They’ve definitely placed a few of the most popular slots in that section and I can only assume that’s by design to encourage coin purchases as it’s hard to earn enough free coins to play at that level.

I tend to avoid that section and just wait for those games to show up as a “featured” slot as it will have a lower minimum bet for that short period of time.

Either way there are plenty to choose from but you’re going to have to work to unlock them all or wait for a weekend when they unlock all slots which they’ll do randomly and often for holiday weekends. Until I leveled up high enough to have most games unlocked those were by far my favorite days to play Jackpot Party Casino.

Free Coin Options

Jackpot Party Casino goes above and beyond in giving players ways to earn free coins. A greedy social casino app can be a GIANT turn off.

I’ve written about all the ways you can add to your coins here.

There is a daily wheel bonus, timed bonuses released throughout the day, weekend treasure chests, tournaments and side games like the Bingo cards that also add to your coin balance.

At the moment they’re also doing a daily inbox message that often contains coins.

Follow them on Facebook, too, as they give free coins several times a day.

Leveling Up

You do have to level up to unlock more slots and that can aggravate some players.

When you first sign up you have access to only one game – Zeus II.

I ran a test on a new install and playing the minimum bet on Zeus II I needed to spin 73 times to unlock the next slot (level 5).

A new slot is unlocked every 5 levels afterwards and it takes more spins to unlock each new level. The highest level game at this time is 690.

When you’re new you can unlock a good number of levels very quickly but that gets harder and harder to do.

I’ve had this app for something like 5 years, I think, and I’m at level 824 on my Facebook account and 584 on my guest account.

It can take me several weeks to unlock just one new level at this stage unless I bet much higher than my comfort level.

I don’t buy coins on these apps so I take the slow and steady approach to leveling up.

Ease of Use

Another thing Jackpot Party Casino has going for it is the overall layout of the screen. It’s intuitive, easy to use, and nothing overlaps your slot screen.

There are pop-ups on the home screen for events and offers but those do not pop up while you’re in a slot. For that they get huge bonus points!

The initial layout is horizontal although there are a few vertical slots.

Everything you need can be accessed from the home screen. You can see your current level, collect your timed bonus, navigate to your Most Played and the High Limit area and your Lightning League data with the icons on the left side of the screen.

Icons on the right show you your task list data and open the Bingo card screen.

There are four spots on the bottom that show your Party Prizes slots.

The settings icon in the upper right allows you to log on and off, change sound options, and get support.

You can scroll through the available games on a mobile device by swiping to the left. Because there are so many games your Most Played tab is useful in getting to your favorites more quickly.

In App Ads

The only ads that display are on the home screen and those are only for Jackpot Party Casino.

There are no third party ads.

The pop-ups all contain an X you can use to close them and I don’t find them annoying.

Coin Purchases

Like I said, I don’t tend to buy coins on these apps. Not that I haven’t done so but it is a very rare occurance.

On Jackpot Party Casino you can buy 20,000,000 coins for $4.99 and there’s almost always a sale or a discount offer.

How this compares to other social casino apps will become more clear over time as my scoring model is weighted to reduce the final rating for those that charge too much.

Jackpot Party Casino History

The app is owned by SciPlay Corporation which is a spun off subsidiary of Scientific Games.

Their headquarters address is in Las Vegas, NV, although I did find job listings for other locations throughout the US.

On Google Play the app shows the SciPlay name but when I added the app to my Windows 10 laptop it showed Phantom EFC, LLC.

Based on data on the SciPlay website the company originated as Phantom but was then acquired by WMS and then by Scientific Games. The founder of Phantom is still with SciPlay.
